A Structured approach to systemic healing
Welcome to Structured Support LLC, a practice dedicated to facilitating congruent relationship to self and the social environment.
Restoring Congruence through Somatic Wisdom & Systemic Healing. We provide trauma informed program design, customized retreats, one-on-one sessions, group facilitation, and continuing education courses for clinicians that bridges the gap between clinical theory and lived experience.
Human potential is not possible in Isolation
Healing from trauma requires more than a conversation — it requires a systemic, strategic approach that restores self-worth, increases capacity to pursue purpose, build and sustain intimate relationships, connection to health environments and practices, and structure our lives to align with our “true self.” This path is challenging and complex, but the alternative is far harsher.
Trauma is more than a memory; it is a physiological footprint that distorts reality. The resources for healing flow naturally in our system but constrictive patterns hold us hostage to our potential. We as a social animal need guidance and feedback to sustain change and transformation. It’s not a treatment method or technique that will sustain our changes; it’s relationship and sustain practice that will transform us.
Effective recovery seeks to restore connection to you through tracking congruence in thinking, emotion, and sensation. To help you discover what patterns developed accommodate to toxic or incongruent environments vs. healthy and differentiated patterns more congruent with “true self.” The goal is increased regulation and capacity to cultivate the courage for healing and transformation.
A systemic approach includes:
Neurobiology: The hippocampus–amygdala connection shapes autonomic states through long‑term implicit memory rather than conscious thought.
Ecological Systems: Patterns of behavior influence expression of relationships. Small adjustments can have substantial influence on our stability and agency.
Meaning and purpose: To build meaningful connection we must address our own sense of self-worth. Reclaiming “I AM” is vital to unlocking your potential.
Healing is not a treatment or a technique; it’s a practice that is experience dependent. When pursued with a comprehensive strategy, recovery can transform not just symptoms but the conditions of life. With a little help from nature, horses, and human connection we can heal and increase flexibility for a more congruent life. Learn more about our work here.

A practice grounded in theory that helps you understand from an ecological perspective what contributes to dysregulation and compulsive behaviors. A personalized plan to help individuals and families navigate emotional challenges, improve relationships, and build resilience. Through one-on-one sessions and small group work, our intervention provides the support needed to foster healing, self-awareness, and growth.
How We Facilitate Growth:
With a practice grounded in ecological system perspective we support systems change through the principles of reciprocity, flexibility of feedback, capacity to cope with conflict, and emotional regulation. These principles support the development of sustainable systems. Systems that foster conflict avoidance, and low levels of connection, constrained autonomy will lead to dysregulation in our behavior patterns.
Sadly our systems of care further complicate the what humans and mammals require to heal from emotional trauma. Thankfully the science of healing is providing new ways, and to understand the science of healing is also the science of being human.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s a shared journey shaped by connection and understanding.
New for 2026:
We are continuously evolving our offerings to meet the needs of our community. This year we have introduced:
Systemic Family Trauma Curriculum: Specalized track for caregivers and professionals to experience the principles of healing.
Systemic Consultation and Design: Helping systems assess sustainability of their system from a human perspective, and shift patterns conflict avoidance, facilitate reciprocity, and maximize feedback mechanisms for continued growth and change.
Equine and Trauma Healing Intensives. We provide 3-hour healing intensives for focused on teaching ecological systems theory, neurobiology, affect regulation, and congruence.
Whether you are a parent seeking a roadmap for you family or an organization seeking to improve your social environment Structured Support can design a plan specific to your needs.
