Most men learn to manage relationships by staying guarded, avoiding conflict, or going along to keep the peace. Those patterns work — until they don't. This group is built to interrupt that cycle, using the same principles that guide all of our work: radical transparency, honest feedback, and treating conflict as something to grow through, not around.
A horse won’t fall for any of it. Horses don’t respond to what you say or how well you’re holding it together — they respond to what’s actually happening in your body, right now. Whatever pattern you bring into that arena is the same one running your marriage, your kids, your team. There’s nowhere to hide it, and nothing to perform. That’s the point.

Time: 4:00–7:00 PM
Overview: You already suspect there’s a pattern running the show — and you’re tired of managing around it instead of changing it. You go quiet, guarded, or checked out when things get hard, and you already know it. You want direct feedback, not more talk about feedback. You’d rather find this out in an arena with a horse than find it out again in your next relationship.
